Fixed Mindset vs Growth Mindset

In education, it’s important to encourage children to develop a growth mindset instead of a fixed mindset. Having a growth mindset gives kids the tools, attributes and skills to become happy and prosperous in their life. It allows them to always keep improving and inspires the belief that no obstacle is too big to eventually be overcome.
