Online Feedback Volumes per Industry

During the last few years, companies have become increasingly interested in the Voice of the Customer. Companies are taking note of customers sharing their experiences and suggestions through all possible channels. This ranges from an unhappy customer telling staff about poor service to someone filling in an online feedback form to explain why they decided to cancel an online purchase. For this infographic we will focus on online feedback forms only. We divided the data into five different industries and two different sectors to see how they stack up. As you will notice, the differences per industry are striking. This is caused by the fact that these different industries attract website visitors who generally have different demands, needs and expectations for the websites they are visiting.  The information gathered through these feedback forms is considered valuable for decision-makers across all departments, providing them with insights needed to improve products and services and stay ahead of the competition.
