Ethical leadership

To determine if employees in the Middle East and North African region perceived their managers to be moral people, we at Bayt.com in collaboration with Canadian University Dubai, asked professionals about the traits, behaviors, and decision-making processes of their managers. Moral managers are basically ethical leaders, and this issue has become one of the most discussed topics when it comes to leadership in businesses. Being ethical has been found to be correlated with a company’s financial performance; it is increasingly being demanded by stakeholders such as investors, customers and employees; it is mandated by laws, and it helps ignite motivation, engagement, commitment and innovation in employees.
